Attendee Terms & Conditions

Please note that any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the sponsor hall or other public spaces, will be asked to leave the event immediately. Likewise, known commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite, a restaurant, or any other public place in proximity to the event by non-sponsoring companies, will be shut down, evicted, and subject to possible financial repercussions. Those found to be involved with “suitcasing” or “outboarding” will no longer be welcome at MarketingProfs events.

Individual Registration

  • Payment: Individual MarketingProfs B2B Forum passes (both regular conference passes and All-Access Passes) must be paid by credit card online at the time of registration. We do not issue invoices for individual event registrations.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, permitted until 5:00pm ET on September 15, 2019. No refunds or rollovers given for cancellations after 5:00pm ET September 15, 2019 or for event no-shows. If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via email at events@marketingprofs.com or call us at (866) 557-9625 before the deadline date and time. Substitutions are allowed at any time; please contact customer service to change the applicable registration details. There is a $100 transfer fee for any substitutions made on or after October 15, 2019.

  • Products Included in Regular Individual Pass: MarketingProfs B2B Forum regular conference passes are valid for the three regular conference days for a single individual; the regular, two-day conference begins on Wednesday, October 16 and concludes the afternoon of Thursday, October 17. A regular conference pass includes full access to all keynotes, conference sessions, breakfasts and lunches, and official MarketingProfs-organized social activities. Further, a regular conference pass entitles any PRO subscribers in good standing to attend PRO-specific activities that may be organized. A regular conference pass does not include a full-day intensive training workshop on the last day, October 18. (On occasion our sponsors hold VIP events that are not organized by MarketingProfs B2B Forum staff. Please see those sponsors for details on how you can attend their invite-only events.)

  • Products Included in All-Access Pass: MarketingProfs B2B Forum All-Access passes include admission to the regular conference program, keynotes, breakfasts and lunches, and official MarketingProfs-organized social activities, plus one full-day workshop, on-site perks, and a special VIP gift. Further, a regular conference pass entitles any PRO subscribers in good standing to attend PRO-specific activities that may be organized. (On occasion our sponsors hold VIP events that are not organized by MarketingProfs B2B Forum staff. Please see those sponsors for details on how you can attend their invite-only events.)

  • Single Day and Shared Passes: Single day and single session passes are not available. Conference passes may not be split between individuals.

  • Workshop-Only Passes: Stand-alone workshop purchases are permitted, as space allows, for $1,095. Sales, special promotions, and discounts are not applicable to workshop purchases.

  • PRO Subscriber Discounts: PRO subscribers receive $100 off the current MarketingProfs B2B Forum price at the time of purchase, based on the 2019 event fee schedule. PRO subscribers receive $200 off the current All-Access Pass price. Please log into your PRO account prior to purchase to receive this discount automatically.

  • Promotions: From time to time we issue limited-availability discount and incentive promotions. Such promotions only apply to qualifying individuals for qualifying products, and only one promotion may be applied per purchase. Discounts may neither be applied retroactively to prior purchases nor extended beyond the expiration date.

Group Registration

  • Qualification and Payment: A group of three (3) or more people—registering on a single invoice or single credit card transaction—qualifies for reduced group pricing. Groups registering by invoice must submit payment within 30 days of the invoice date or by their on-site check in date, whichever is earliest. Group members will not be allowed within the designated event site—including workshops, session rooms, sponsor hall, or social activity areas—until the group invoice is paid in full. If the invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, the group’s registration will be canceled. Once an invoice has been issued, group administrators must contact MarketingProfs' customer service team to add any additional individuals at the current group rate at the time they are added, regardless of when the initial group invoice was generated.

  • Cancellations and Refunds: A group may cancel its registration no later than 5:00pm ET September 15, 2019 for a full refund, minus a $100 per person fee. No refunds or rollovers given for cancellations after 5:00pm ET September 15, 2019 or for event no-shows. If the number of people registered as part of a group falls below the three-person minimum, the group rate will no longer apply. In this case, refunds will be issued for the difference between the original group payment and the total individual registration fee(s) for the remaining group member(s) at the time of the cancellation. If you must cancel all or part of a group registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via email at events@marketingprofs.com or call us at (866) 557-9625 before the deadline date and time, including the group invoice number and the name of the affected individual(s). Substitutions are allowed; please contact customer service to change the applicable registration details. There is a $100 transfer fee for any substitutions made on or after October 14, 2019.

  • Products Included Per Person in Group Conference-Only Purchases: Each pass purchased as part of a group MarketingProfs B2B Forum registration is valid for the two regular conference days; the regular, two-day conference begins on Wednesday, October 16 and concludes the afternoon of Thursday, October 17. A regular conference pass includes access to all keynotes, conference sessions, breakfasts and lunches, and official MarketingProfs-organized social activities. A standalone workshop pass does not include access to the main conference program or networking activities October 15-16.

  • Promotions: Unless otherwise noted, sales, special promotions, and discounts are not applicable to workshop purchases.
