The idea is to look at the way you create content, the types of content you produce, and the performance of your team and incorporate new tools to streamline the process. This allows your teams to work at their best and deliver amazing assets for your business. In this session, you’ll discover the concepts, roles, and tools used by an Agile Marketing team. You’ll also get some hands-on experience with creating a content backlog and estimating your work.
