Storytelling: Using the Power of Story to Drive Action

Storytelling is the magic by which we move people: prospects, buyers, employees, colleagues. Behind any successful business, behind every successful sale and every transaction, there is a story. Learn to tell this story effectively and you’ll learn how to enchant your audience and attract more of the right kinds of customers.
In this workshop, we'll explore multiple methods for creating a compelling narrative including the hero's journey, the narrative wheel, (an ancient technique developed by Native American storytellers), Kurt Vonnegut's story shapes, and you'll learn how to brush off those stale mission and vision statements and tell your brand story in a similar fashion to NPR's This American Life.
