Individual Registration

  • Payment: Individual MarketingProfs B2B Forum passes (both regular conference passes and workshop add-ons) must be paid by credit card online at the time of registration. We do not issue invoices for individual event registrations.
  • Cancellations by Attendee and Refunds: Cancellations for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, are permitted until 5:00pm ET on September 15, 2023. No refunds or rollovers will be given for cancellations after 5:00pm ET September 15, 2023 or for event no-shows*. Cancellation notices must be received by MarketingProfs prior to the applicable deadline.  If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via email at events@marketingprofs.com before the deadline date and time. Substitutions for a full pass are allowed at any time before the event start date; please contact customer service to change the applicable registration details. There is a $100 transfer fee for any full-pass substitutions made on or after 5pm ET September 29, 2023. *If there are extenuating circumstances that arise after September 15th that make it so you are unable to attend, please contact us to see what options are available. 
  • Cancellations or Postponements by MarketingProfs: MarketingProfs may cancel or postpone an event due to a change in circumstances, in its sole discretion. Except in the case of a Force Majeure occurrence, should MarketingProfs cancel an event, each registered attendee may transfer their registration to another MarketingProfs event, with registrant liable for any additional costs associated with the new event. Alternatively, a registrant may request a refund, minus a reasonable service charge to be retained by MarketingProfs. Should MarketingProfs cancel an event due to a Force Majeure occurrence (determined in MarketingProfs’ sole discretion), each registration will be transferred to a new date selected by MarketingProfs for the event. Should a registrant request to cancel their registration rather than attend the event on its rescheduled date, the registrant shall receive a refund of their registration fee minus a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Products Included in a Conference-Only Individual Pass: MarketingProfs B2B Forum conference-only passes are valid for the two regular conference days for a single individual; the regular, two-day conference begins on Thursday, October 5 2023 and concludes the afternoon of Friday, October 6, 2023. A conference-only conference pass includes full access to all keynotes, conference sessions, breakfasts and lunches, live streaming access and official MarketingProfs-organized social activities.
  • Products Included in All-Access Pass: MarketingProfs B2B Forum All-Access passes include admission to the regular conference program, keynotes, breakfasts and lunches, live streaming access, official MarketingProfs-organized social activities, and one full-day workshop.
  • Single Day and Shared Passes: Single day and single session passes are not available. Conference-only and All-Access passes can not be split between individuals.
  • Workshop-Only Passes: Stand-alone workshop purchases are permitted, as space allows. See the Stand-alone Workshop Registration section for more information. Sales, special promotions, and discounts are not applicable to workshop purchases.
  • Promotions: From time to time we issue limited-availability discount and incentive promotions. Such promotions only apply to qualifying individuals for qualifying products, and only one promotion may be applied per purchase. Discounts may neither be applied retroactively to prior purchases nor extended beyond the expiration date.

Group Registration

  • Qualification and Payment: A group of three (3) or more people—registering on a single invoice or single credit card transaction—qualifies for reduced group pricing. Groups registering by invoice must submit payment within 30 days of the invoice date or by September  25, 2023 at 5:00ET , whichever is earliest. Group members will not be allowed within the designated event site—including workshops, session rooms, sponsor hall, or social activity areas—until the group invoice is paid in full. If the invoice remains wholly or partially unpaid after 30 days, the group’s registration will be canceled. Once an invoice has been issued, group administrators must contact MarketingProfs’ customer service team to add any additional individuals at the current group rate at the time they are added, regardless of when the initial group invoice was generated. Payment for those additional invoices is due at the same time as the initial group invoice.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: A group may cancel its registration no later than 5:00pm ET September 15, 2023 for a full refund, minus a $100 per person fee. No refunds or rollovers will be given for cancellations after 5:00pm ET September 15, 2023 or for event no-shows. If the number of people registered as part of a group falls below the three-person minimum, the group rate will no longer apply. In this case, refunds will be issued for the difference between the original group payment and the total individual registration fee(s) for the remaining group member(s) at the time of the cancellation. If you must cancel all or part of a group registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via email at events@marketingprofs.com before September 15, 2023 at 5:00pm ET. The request must include the group invoice number and the name of the affected individual(s). Full pass substitutions are allowed; please contact customer service to change the applicable registration details. There is a $100 transfer fee for any substitutions made on or after October 4, 2023.* If there are extenuating circumstances that arise after September 15th that make it so a group member is unable to attend, please contact us to see what options are available. 
  • Cancellations or Postponements by MarketingProfs: MarketingProfs may cancel or postpone an event due to a change in circumstances, in its sole discretion. Alternatively, each group registrant may request a refund, minus a reasonable service charge to be retained by MarketingProfs. Should MarketingProfs cancel an event due to a Force Majeure occurrence (determined in MarketingProfs’ sole discretion), each group registration will be transferred to a new date selected by MarketingProfs for the event. Should a group registrant request to cancel their registration rather than attend the event on its rescheduled date, the registrant shall receive a refund of their registration fee minus a $100 cancellation fee. If fewer than 3 group registrants remain registered for the rescheduled date, the group rate will no longer apply, and the remaining registrants must pay the difference in registration fee prior to the event start date. Should payment not be made on a timely basis, the registrations will be canceled without refund.
  • Products Included Per Person in Group Conference-Only Purchases: Each pass purchased as part of a group MarketingProfs B2B Forum registration is valid for the two regular conference days; the regular, two-day conference begins on Thursday, October 5, 2023 and concludes the afternoon of Friday, October 6, 2023. A conference-only conference pass includes full access to all keynotes, conference sessions, breakfasts and lunches, live streaming access and official MarketingProfs-organized social activities.
  • Products Included Per Person in Group All-Access Pass: MarketingProfs B2B Forum All-Access passes include admission to the regular conference program, keynotes, breakfasts and lunches, live streaming access, official MarketingProfs-organized social activities, and one full-day workshop on October 4.
  • Single Day and Shared Passes: Single day and single session passes are not available. Conference-only and All-Access passes cannot be split between individuals.
  • Workshop-Only Passes: There are no group workshop-only passes. Those wishing to purchase stand-alone workshop passes should purchase them according to the procedure in the Stand-Alone Workshop Registration section.
  • Promotions: Discount and incentive programs for individual registrations may not be applied toward group purchases.

Stand-Alone Workshop Registration

  • Payment: Stand-alone workshop purchases are permitted, as space allows. Payment must be made by credit card online at the time of registration. We do not issue invoices for individual event registrations.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Workshop cancellations for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee, permitted until 5:00pm ET on September 15, 2023. No refunds or rollovers will be given for cancellations after 5:00pm ET September 15, 2023* or for event no-shows. If you must cancel a registration, please submit your request in writing to MarketingProfs Customer Service via email at events@marketingprofs.com before the deadline date and time. Substitutions are allowed; please contact customer service to change the applicable registration details. There is a $100 transfer fee for any substitutions made on or after September 15, 2023. *If there are extenuating circumstances that arise after September 15th that make it so you’re unable to attend, please contact us to see what options are available. 
  • Products Included with a Standalone Workshop Purchase: Each pass purchased for a full-day, intensive workshop is valid for the Wednesday, October 4 workshop for which the individual registered. A standalone workshop pass does not include access to the main conference program or networking activities October 5-6, 2023.
  • Promotions: Unless otherwise noted, sales, special promotions, and discounts are not applicable to workshop purchases.

*ONLINE CANCELLATION POLICY: Every paid online ticket to B2B Forum comes with a subscription to MarketingProfs PRO. If you purchased a ticket to this event, you may cancel within 7 days of your registration to receive a full refund and to stop your complimentary PRO subscription. If you registered for $0 as a PRO subscriber, canceling your event registration will not affect your PRO subscription. You will just be removed from B2B Forum attendee news/program updates. *See Terms and conditions/cancellation policy.
