What if I can’t attend?
Cancellations for a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee (per person for groups), are permitted until 5:00 p.m. ET on September 15, 2023. For additional requirements and instructions, see our terms and conditions.
Does my in-person pass include livestream access or do I have to register for that pass separately?
Yes, your in-person pass (i.e., All-Access or Conference Only passes) include access to livestream sessions. They also give you access to sessions on demand!
Can I sign up for just a workshop and skip the rest of the event?
Stand-alone workshop purchases are permitted as space allows for individual attendees (they are not available for groups). Sales, special promotions, and discounts are not applicable to workshop purchases. For additional information, see our terms and conditions.
