Zach has spent 15 years building and leading sales and marketing teams at companies from inception to post IPO. He’s a data-driven CEO, believing that every employee should be able to easily measure whether or not they are successful in their work, and that DNA has permeated what his team is building at Mobly. Zach and his wife, Erika, recently celebrated their 15-year anniversary. They have 5 children together and Zach is often found on the sidelines coaching his kids’ sports teams. Zach enjoys running and biking, and is currently attempting to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
