VOLUNTEER FOR B2B FORUM 2025

MarketingProfs B2B Forum, now in its 20th year, is an event designed for business-to-business marketers. Our attendees are fun, lively, and motivated. Our sponsors and speakers are cutting-edge.

We gather in person once a year for MarketingProfs B2B Forum to learn the latest in marketing trends and advancements, to find inspiration, and to meet as a community to build and nurture relationships with friends and colleagues.

We typically only need a few volunteers to work this event, so if you’re set on attending this year, we strongly encourage you to get your ticket so your spot is guaranteed.

VOLUNTEER COMMITMENTS

If you are selected as a volunteer, you’ll be representing MarketingProfs and B2B Forum. We require professional behavior while working the event. Volunteers are needed on Tuesday, November 18 and Wednesday, November 19, at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. To be considered for a volunteer position, please complete the MarketingProfs B2B Forum Volunteer Application and Agreement form.

Pre B2B Forum Event

  • Submit a completed MarketingProfs B2B Forum Volunteer Application and Agreement form to support@marketingprofs.com.
  • Attend one of the pre-event online Staff Training sessions.

During B2B Forum Event

  • You can expect to work up to 10 hours on one of the two main conference days on site (not including volunteer training) for your free Main Conference pass to MarketingProfs B2B Forum. 
  • You will be assigned to a session room for one entire day of the two main conference days as as session room scanner.  You are invited to attend any sessions you wish on the day you are NOT assigned as a session room scanner.
  • You will use your mobile device to scan attendee badges for each session.
  • Parking vouchers will be provided for the days you are volunteering. If you prefer to stay overnight at the venue, we are able to provide you a discounted room rate through our group block.

Post B2B Forum Event

  • Provide feedback following the event through a staff survey and/or email.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfort with high public visibility and attendee and staff interaction; outgoing, helpful personalities are a must
  • Personal awareness and emotional maturity
  • Willingness to be flexible and move to where you’re needed during the event
  • Event experience is a plus
